Donovan Mitchell and the Cavaliers introduced themselves as contenders with a historic start to their 2024-2025 campaign. Nonetheless, after 15 games, this past week, Jayson Tatum and the Celtics handed Cleveland their first loss.

It's Tommy Time!

After 70 games, the Giants have finally seen enough from Daniel Jones. New York benched Jones and turned to their second-year man, Tommy DeVito. Over 6 games in 2023, DeVito put up an 89.2 passer. He will make his 2024 debut this Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Soto Sweepstakes: Contradicting Results

Juan Soto met Hal Steinbrenner and the New York Yankees this past Tuesday. After the meeting, both encouraging and discouraging results were reported. On one side, Steinbrenner said he left the meeting more confident that Soto would return. On the other hand, Soto allegedly critiqued New York's roster and player development.

The Knicks are BACK!

After getting off to a disappointing start, the Knicks have figured it out! New York has won 4 consecutive games and propelled themselves to 3rd in the Eastern Conference. They have plenty of ground to make up before catching the Cavs, but it's a long season.
